Diary entries capture all forms of electronic interactions, and are the key to the collaboration and communication within Gravity. Diary entries record all of the work that occurs within the project, tracks people’s time, allows for communications using email, fax, SMS, phone or letters, and are used to schedule meetings. The diaries entries screen is shown.

The screen enables a user to select the type of diary to send using the available tabs.

When viewing a task or project within Gravity, a user is able to view the complete set of diary entries listed to quickly identify the status of a project, and previous communications that have taken place.
