Gravity is tightly integrated with an in-built file server in that all documents created during a project are directly accessible from inside Gravity. The documents are available against the project, and can be accessed through the web-based Gravity interface. The following screenshot shows the listing of documents against a project in Gravity. Folder structures can be created against the project to ensure that documents are organised in a logical manner, and can easily be retrieved.

Resource can also be viewed through a special interface that behaves the same way as a mapped network drive, but is actually residing on the web-server. This allows users to manage resources using a familiar windows interface, as shown in the screenshot below.

Changes made using the mapped network drive are automatically
reflected in Gravity’s web interface.
