A major benefit of Connect is the ability to reuse stories, lists and dispatches, by adding each component to the Connect archive. For example, stories can be saved to the system, and be organised by type, date and status for easy retrieval. The stories can be then be used in multiple dispatches. The following screenshot displays a list of stories in the Connect archive that were created in November 2007.



The archiving feature of Connect also allows for dispatches to be saved, retrieved and edited as required. The image below provides a listing of all sent dispatches recorded in the Connect archive.
