Welcome to the June edition of Internetrix news. You may have heard in the general media that a massive new virus hit the internet earlier this month – a variation on the original and devastating Bugbear virus, known as Bugbear C. With dozens of clients infected, and the end of financial year reminding us how much we rely on our computers – imagine if a virus wiped out your accounts files – we have taken the time to put together some tips and techniques to help safeguard you from these malicious attacks.

We also introduce one of our newest clients, the NSW Bible Society, announce the arrival of Carlennium.com for the Shepherd Centre, and push the envelope with live online mapping based on a new system for Shellharbour City Council.

Also, there is our usual highlight of recent client projects, including our first international development, and finally a shameless self-plug – the Internetrix interview featured on the Sky Business Report in April is now online courtesy of its producers, Palamedia.

We hope you enjoy this edition and don’t stress out too much with the financial year coming to an end.
